86' Chevy bucket seat to 90's Tahoe seats conv?

So I have a 1986 Chevy k10 with a bench seat (obviously). But even though the seat is extremely comfortable, my back gets super sore, even after just an hour of driving.
A while back I rode in a friends truck, and he had swapped out the stock seats for cloth Tahoe seats, and I was amazed at how comfortable they were. I would like to find some nice Tahoe seats and have my mechanic install them. My question is what year should the seats be for the simplest conversion, also what type am I looking for. AKA, 60/40, captain, ect? I would like the easiest conversion because I don't want to pay for 3 hours of work, when it could be 1. Thanks
