|liquid_larry||Just wondering if you have little tiny holes in your fingers yet. You do need tape on the ends of the hose,I've used masking tape pulled as tight as I can get it,you only want enough to keep it tight,2 wraps at most. If the ends are mushroomed out you will probably have to trim the hose,if you do, tape the ends first and use a chop saw or a fine tooth hack saw to trim it.The end will thread onto the hose, check to be sure its on as far as it needs to be,it should seat in the fitting.Oil the inside of the hose and the tube that goes into the hose, turn and push together as far as you can and tighten with wrenches until the hex on both fittings are snugged together.Hope that helps.|

NEED HELP TODAY!!
:o GUYS I'M SITTING HERE WITH A KIT FROM ANOTHER HOT ROD PARTS SUPPLIER AND OF COARSE THEY EXPECT WE KNOW HOW EVERY THING IS SUPPOSED TO FIT, INCLUDING THE PCS. THEY YOU MAY OR MAY NOT USE. IT'S THE KIT ON PAGE 84 OF SUMMIT CATALOG JAN-FEB
2002. AT THE BOTTOM LEFT OF PAGE KIT NUMBERSUM-G3128. AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS A BRAIDED HOSE SOME FITTINGS AND SOME WASHERS (GASKTS) YOU CAN'T SEE. ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS OR ANYTHING IN THE PAKG. I FOUND THE FITTINT THAT GOES INTO THE EDELBROCK CARB. AND I FOUND THE FITTING INTO THE MANUAL PUMP.
HOWEVER I CAN'T GET THAT BRAIDED LINE INTO THE END OF THE RED FITTINGS AND I'M NOT SURE BUT I THINK AFTER I DO THAT THE BLUE END THREADS INTO THE RED END AND THE PRONG ON THE BLUE END FITS INSIDE THE HOSE, BUT NO WAY I CAN GET IT IN. ALSO I DO HAVE TAPE TIGHT ON THE ENDS OF THE BRAID GRRRRRRR
