found all my numbers
I ran my block numbers, not my head numbers, it says the block is from a 69 2 or 4 bolt main.I think i have made up my mind on what to do about the engine,if i could be of any assistance to anyone won't hurt to ask.I may not be the brightest tool in the shed but i have been hotrroding all my life, thanks again you guys.

I'd say at least put a performer intake and 600 holley and headers on it.With that I'd say approx 225hp flywheel maybe more if its low milage.
Also while its out like said a cam will help power too.If ya go this route change the T chain and oil pump wile your in there.

|TIM LIMES||Best bet would be to get the numbers off the back of the block. Will be back by where the engine and tranny bolt up together. There's a good site-www.mortec.com that gives out what engines are what by block numbers. Hope this helps ya out.|

|DoubleVision||maybe 160 horses. if your not gonna rebuild it, do it a favor while it`s out, swap in a edelbrock performer plus cam, and a double roller timing chain to give it a low end torque and horsepower increase. a camaro, like a van, is no flyweight, it needs all the torque it can get.|
