I'll be done with the White T-type today. I'll take a few pics. Then it goes to paint.

It would be nice if the Black GN went home this week end too. That would leave a LOT of room for more "stuff" to come in the back room.
B after A. Good 'un.

Wondered how the one with the snail infestation was coming along. I done heard tell the Cat might stalk down to the corner and back today. Maybe.

51 Ford pickup. Both are to be blown Coyote powered. The truck goes on a Roadster Shop chassis and thats a TCI under the '30 A. Truck is to be grey or brown and owner wants a subtle hood trim mod, dash from later car with see thru speedometer, and different tail lights.

The coupe will be olive and tan and features a 2/3" raked chop, flush shaved doors, deuce grille, hidden suicide hinges, bear claws, 3 way hood hinges, gas tank behind the seat with flush fill flap and removable bulkheads, tucked drip rails, 19" wide tubs full of Mickeys, bobbed and widened fenders, ribbed metal roof insert, '56 pickup gauge cluster centered in dash, full perimeter weatherstrips at doors and trunk, bedded windshield, custom fender and board brackets, license pocket and fabbed seamless roll pan, and fabricated tubular body structure /floor. Etc.

The A was rough as a cob, the truck ain't so bad. Theres also likely to be some 65 Impala rust repair fab mixed in over the coming months. Thanks.

I may have spun a yarn over on my thread about no pics for the afternoon so I will put these here. With arguably comparable effort to bearing a child I am due to birth another unit this week. Down to about one every other year or so now in my old age so thats significant.

Yeah the radiator mounting needs to come forward a smidge. I have a day and a half left to "putter around" on it.

Nice. What's next?

The weather has been just awesome the last few days and of course my contractor has to paint. Oh well back in line so time to read the rest of the magazines in this office..

I hate it when an image says and looks horizontal then goes wonky and turns vertical.. Oh well.

That's looking good all back filled. The rest is the easy part.

1971BB427 I decided today was time to just concentrate on cleanup. After all the fiberglass work the whole shop was covered in a layer of fiberglass dust. Couldn't work on anything without it looking dusty, and me itching.
So I got out today and opened up the doors and set a fan in one door. Then started blowing everything outside. After that I did tool pickup and returned tools to my main garage that I'm sure I'm done with. It will be a lot easier to work now without the dust, or searching for tools, or tripping over tools.

You can always move your "obsolete" lights out to the garage and update the cabinet lights...

idrivejunk The flourescent fixture in my kitchen quit working probably a decade back and theres only a lamp in one bathroom. This is what happens without a chick and with lightning trimming the tree.

Thats a helluva sunset Mitch. When I was a kid in Kansas sunsets were good too but the pretty ones happen when rain is on the way. Snow can be pretty too, though. But I'd swear I never saw the faraway red color until within the last year. I know its a wavelength thing though so maybe its the smog over Tulsa but it seems to me something has changed. Probably my vision.

Super nice kitchen, by the way!

Brian, I was glad for no traffic Sat PM, the sky was extremely eye-grabbing. I bet out west the ocean makes for a different look sometimes. I couldn't really get a good shot yesterday but there was a fleeting patch of orange lining as the sunset began.

Rip, that sounds good. I like a floor that can be hosed down. Worked at a shop that had a pressure washer outlet in every other stall and drain grates down the aisles. "Set up to clean up." said the owner. I was amazed when I went to my current job to find that the floor never never sees water. Gack.
