I really did intend to. When Steve stepped in and started helping me get the car done, it was one of those things we could save a little time and money on. The Mercury headlight bands were far from perfect and labor was going to be more than Steve was really enthusiastic about. He would have done it if I had pushed him but I am very satisfied with the stock lights.

Dbossa The car and journey building are incredible!! I guess you decided not to French the headlights? Iím not knocking it in any way.... Iím just curious because I thought you said you were. I was actually looking forward to more of your metal magic.

John long I have 2 1/2" pipes coming down from the manifolds and running out right behind the front wheels. It has a stock cam which helps with the noise but it really is not that bad as long as you are just cruising.

On the other hand, you can sure make some noise if you want to.

Isn't that the truth! I was nervous getting it out but super excited too.

Temp, charge, oil pressure, fuel gauge all perfect too. It really was a good night.

Now for a top and exhaust.
