Just measure a lot

Just measure a lot to see that the clip is on center and square in the chassis. the old measure 3-4 times check twice weld once deal..And not to be in a rush..have it all clamped up and jigged before you weld..work to make nice joints things like that..

Can't comment on whether or not that clip fits that car..not there with my trusty tape measure..

RickB1B Not really sure about the Desoto, but I have a 37 Cadillac Coupe and it has an 81 Camaro subframe. Check out my project journal and there are some pictures.

poncho62 Moving to suspension....

I am wondering if a Camaro clip might be a bit wide for the Desoto.....

Building 38 Desoto BC

I'm currently building a 38 Desoto Business coupe. I preparing to clip the frame with a camero sub-frame,. If anyone has any suggestions, I sure would love to hear your opinions on this project:
