Lacquer thinner as stated and used as stated. There are also enviromental friendly strippers that come in a tub that may work. Also you can try an enamel paint reducer as it's not as "hot" as lacquer thinner.
WHOA THERE! DO NOT use Jassco, I don't think DBM knew they were plastic, DO NOT put a paint stripper on there! Even lacquer thinner will VERY likely damage the plastic.
Why do you need to remove it?
If you use ANYTHING do a test on the back side, but damn with the texture something like that usually has, this is a tough one.

Use Easyoff oven cleaner, it will not harm the vinyl or plastic. I would test the back of the panel just to be sure. I’ve also heard about using Wesley’s (sp?) Blechewhyte,Simply Green and Pinesol. You will need to soak the parts for a while and scrub with a brush any residue that won’t come off.
OK, will try that out. How long does it need to soak?
