John long I don't have the dimensions but Old Henry used the same floor pans under everything from 41 through 48. Back in the 70's when there were still parts cars around, I used the complete floor and rocker assembly out from under a '41 Ford and installed it in a '47 Ford convertible.

Convertible, coupe, 2 door, and 4 door...........all the same.

1941 ford business coupe

Guys I'm new here and looking for help as I am rebuilding a 41 business ford coupe, that is in very bad shape, I need the spec. of the width of the floor pans and the outside spec of the rockers from front to rear & side to side. I know it has a wedge shape.
the floors and rockers are rusted out . I have new street rod pans & rockers and lots more.
Also to help others I have Fatman building a new frame for me from my old frame. Ford said that the 41 frame was changed from 112 "" to 114 long and apt .500 wider. than the 40.
Any help on the sheet metal spec. would be a big help.
