ericnova72 Mike Jones/Jones Cams or Bullet Cams if you want a custom fit.

If I was just picking from a catalog, I would thing something around:
250/254 @.050" intake and 254-258 @.050 exhaust with .660-.600" lift, 108-110 lobe separation. Heads don't need a lot of duration split, just 2-4 between intake and exhaust duration numbers.

I'd run a 1.6 intake/1.5 exhaust rocker to push intake lift up even more with those heads. Don't need a bunch of exhaust lift, exhaust port is good and exhaust gas is easily blown out.

Just saw you stall converter info posted, Your converter is on the tight side rpm wise, so I'd stay on the low end of that duration range, maybe even upper 240's for intake [email protected]".

ericnova72 You want a drag race cam, a very serious street /strip cam, a hot street driver cam??

Solid roller, solid flat tappet, hydraulic roller??
With that list of parts I'm not even going to consider a hydraulic flat tappet :rolleyes.

Maximum rpm you plan to turn it??

RPM you want power peak to occur at??
