Gearhead Poppa Wow! This a piece of art. I'm following your build with great interest.

123pugsy Tacked some 1/4" thick hole saw slugs on the back of the cubby door. I can use round head screws or countersink the holes for flat heads. Still up in the air. I found some nice 12 point flanged bolts at McMaster Carr which may look good.

And of course, "Pugsy Luck" comes into play. Dead on the tube. Need to make up a new one later.

123pugsy I bent up a filler piece for behind the brake pedal.

123pugsy Seam sealer..........

123pugsy Some Kilmat before welding in the false floors.

123pugsy ....air pump in the house with hose running thru door to garage.....

123pugsy Whoops....the inner rocker pulled away while cutting. Sheesh, what a mess......

123pugsy Getting ready for epoxy, I noticed some rust spots on the pinch welds at the rockers. I've hated them since I built the floor, so out comes the zip cut....

123pugsy Wiper sleeves polished up some..........

123pugsy Drain welded and leak checked. False floor ready for passenger side. A little door for the body mount bolt in the corner.

123pugsy Back to gas pedal....really jumped around doing this crazy part of the project.
The good thing is I have a lot of stuff ready to go later when it's time to assemble the car.

123pugsy Need a couple drain tubes before closing off with the false floor........

123pugsy The brake pedal has to come out quite far to achieve full stroke to the master, so a false floor is in order. The steering gear eating 1-3/4" behind the brake arm doesn't help either.

123pugsy Gas pedal arm from same van.... that's gotta go...then, I brain farted a piece onto my new pedal arm....D'OH!
Had to cut that off after. Well, it did help for the mock up...err....
