Wow, David, it seems a miracle you are still alive. Like John posted, say whatever you want, just keep talking and walking...

John long I just had a good talk with David a few minutes ago. He sounded good and said they had him up walking short distances.

I am encouraged by his tone and the fact he sounded like he was enjoying the conversation. We even talked about some of his projects.

Thanks to everyone who has been praying for him.

I just spoke to Annie, Mitch, and need to correct my correction. I misunderstood what she had told me. He has been moved to a rehab center in Rome, Ga and he was sitting up this morning. With that said he was complaining about his neck hurting. Apparently the almost two months in bed has even weakened his neck muscles to the point it hurts him to hold his head up.

At least now he is beginning to get therapy and not just lying in a bed.

I meant to say acute care unit. Not trauma center. Sorry.

123pugsy Thanks John.

It's a real shame. Hopefully 2020 brings him better luck.

Too Many Projects Just had a 3 minute chat with David. I passed along Merry Christmas and happy new year from the group and got him caught up on our move and my pole shed. Last he heard, I was still waiting on weather. He sounds OK, but is still too weak to be moved home. He is looking forward to getting out of rehab and back on the forum. He says hi to all the guys, and any gals hanging around.
