that pic was of the side mirror, so the image is reversed.

302 Z28 Looks like the inmates are still in charge of Chevy's design group . Guess I'll have to wait another year for a new pickup.

78novaman They seem to be following Dodge's styling with the stupid big nose and wwaaayyy up in the air bed and tailgate. You're gunna need a stepladder to put anything in the back.

66Caprice What they did to the front end grill/headlights of the previous year (or years?) turned me off enough to get an 06' F250 PS instead. Yes, functionality is important, and grillwork was not my main deciding factor - I like the F250's Tow Command, built-in brake controller and camper mirrors too.

If Chevy can implement a good towing package in their p/u, I'll trade in the F250 and get one!

My opinion

I'm not impressed with the styling in front, but at least it's not butt ugly like the previous few years. The back, business end is ok, but it's a pickup, and has a functional purpose. To most men, it's function over form as the preference ....with exceptions.

In the pictures in your link, I noticed the unusual fender extension for the rear wheel well that kind of makes a compromise between the two bed styles?

I'd prefer the truck's stance to be a bit lower myself as I'm not an off-roader and I'd use the truck mostly for hauling and towing. I realize that bigger wheels and higher stance is the going trend ...whoopee!

hemi43 That truck was unveiled a couple of weeks ago, and production is starting in mid September. Dan

I helped my twin brother move into his apartment near his college (Michigan State University) in East Lansing, and on the way home I was lucky to have my camera handy as I saw this

Don't worry... not all the pics are fuzzy like this. I need to note taking pictures at 65-70mph isn't easy, or safe.
