Not sure where to put this

I just bought a new (to me) E420 as a replacement for the Malibu beater.
Needs a little clean-up on the outside, and will make a good driver.

I pull it in the shop, thinking I'd just buff it up with a light polish, and wax. I's had some body damage that was improperly repaired, and is showing. On to the main issue. It has on it what appears to be plastic print. You know, what happens when you bag a car for spot repair, and the plastic prints the paint under it. Or, it could be something that was improperly applied, some sort of miracle restore crap. Either way, I'm gonna have to break out the big guns, to get it taken care of.

Was there a question or picture? I liked the E class best when working at a dealer bodyshop.

Just a rant. The issue doesn't show up in a picture, so no pics.
