Smile O/T but I just sold my 40 Ford coupe....

This is somewhat off topic but maybe the Moderator will not delete it ....

I just sold my 40 Ford coupe.

I am the one with the jacket....

The guy who bought is a good fellow. He knows, understands and cares about old Fords with SBC's. He plans a few safety upgrades, such as a dual master cylinder and seat belts.

I have had this old 40 a good number of years but I need the room for my new project....... I am trying to buy a Deuce 3Window coupe. I will build it to match my ole standby 32 roadster.

Deuce,

Nice looking '40 Ford. I really like the black color with the red steelies. I also notice the buyer looks happier than you do. Can't blame him with such a good looking new purchase.

Sometimes they are hard to let go, sometimes we wished we hadn't and sometimes we are so thrilled with the next project we never look back.

Good luck on the search!

I know the feeling. Sold my pro-street 41 a year and a half ago and I still miss it once in a while. Always good to start a new project though.

Deuce,

I agree with advance, the picture tells the whole story. Sure will be glad to see your next picture with the 3 window coupe!
