optimum timing curve

My brother has a 1985 olds delta 88, with a rebuilt oldsmobile 350 engine that we just put in recently, and we're trying to get it to run its best.

specs: 1970 heads, 204/214 camshaft, bored .060 over, 8.3:1 compression . Stock intake manifold, stock stall converter. Carb is a quadrajet.

Anyone have any ideas on what the base timing and centrifugal advance should be?

Thanks.
