Pfaff 545 Timing Question

I screwed up the timing on my machine. I got it fixed, however the seam is now biased towards the bottom, like the top thread is too loose or bobbin thread is too tight. I cranked a couple of turns more tension on the top thread, which didn't seem to change anything.
Is there anything I could have gotten wrong timing the machine that could cause this, and what would it be?
Thanks.

No, the timing has nothing to do with the tension. Check the threading of the machine through the upper tension, and make sure the bobbin thread is under the flat tension spring on the side of the bobbin case.
