The best primer??? That is going to get a lot of attention (again). Its like asking what is the best car or truck. I have used many different lines over many years. The European products are very nice (ICI/Nexa, Glasurit, etc.), but are expensive. I have used some SPI - works very well. I am also using Wanda - no complaints either.

There are different kind of sealers - all depending on what you are trying to achieve. I have not used a sealer for many years now. Some of the transparent sealers were good when blending colors - but some of the manufacturer sealers were not quite clear and had a little yellow tint - throwing off the color.

Epoxy is the best sealer just reduce it to paint viscosity.
I prefer SPI epoxy. whats nice about it for me is it fills pretty nice too. so I don't need any other primer or sealer, justone primer for the whole job. On a job where the whole car is primered you don't even have to spray a sealer just sand to 400 -600 and shoot the color.
