Primer surfacer

What is a good high build primer surface to use under my epoxy primer. I had Eastwood brand picked out, but it is not sold in California. It wouldn't be long before it will be against the law to fart in my state. Stan

I do mean on TOP of my Eastwood epoxy primer. Eastwood will not sell their 2K primer surface to California. The tree huggers are winning . I had to buy my PPG Concept paint out of state, I used on my motorcycle. Concept is not sold in California unless you are a "professional" auto body shop. Stan

If you have a friend in a neighboring state, have them buy it and ship it to you, problem solved. Or you could possibly find it on ebay from someone that will ship to you under radar.......
