Reproduction Bodies
Has anyone used one of the reproduction bodies from a company like Dynacorn? I am thinking about getting a 56 Chevy 3100 truck complete body. I know a lot of the individual patch panels and even complete panels from some companies fit like crap but I was wondering if when you buy a complete body are they better.

Looking at their catalogue, I don't see complete bodies....just about every part to build one though

I have to say, I have never seen one of these cabs in person, let me make that clear. But I have seen a bunch of other reproduction parts and bodies over the years, they are typically, NOT GOOD. I will never forget one time when this subject came up with a friend and I went to a Goodguys event just a few days later and really gave the model A and 32 Ford bodies a good look, they SUCKED! I am a bodyman, I looked and even felt them, they SUCKED! They would need a full friggin coat of bondo to make them nice. A few years later I was at SEMA, same thing, looking at the body lines on those 57 Chevy bodies, they SUCKED. Sorry, I don't see it.

That being said, Mar-K beds made here in America are amazingly nice. But those are pretty easy to make nice too, not as hard as a cab that's for sure. But I have a feeling if Mar-K were to make cabs they would make them that nice, but that's not least not yet.

55-59 trucks are one of the few vehicles that you can buy every body part for
i'd be curious to see how much the finished truck cost
i've never seen or used the body, but you could check over here
