If the steering arms will bolt on backwards so they face the front, you can bend them to get the right Ackerman angle. They can also be shortened by a qualified welder. You can also contact UB machine UB Machine Inc. They have made custom steering arms for me in the past at a very reasonable price.

But as the others have mentioned, make sure the angles are right to reduce bump steer, and that the rack effective length matches the suspension geometry.
