Saveable wire wheels?

I just bought an used Dayton 100 spoke rim. 17x7" Bead Lace. Spokes are a little loose. It'st possible to slightly turn the centre by hand.

Is this rim beyond saving, or will it be ok just by re-tightening the spokes?

The spokes should be uniformly tight with the whell running true. Loose spokes will lead to a wheel failure.

I never been around car spoke rims but if anything like a bicycle or motorcycle. they all can be tightened up but as HDUFF said it needs to run true.

I will try to tighten up sthe spokes and see how it becomes. Did some search about it and have an idea on how to do it and how to think while doing it.
I also noticed that the hub teeths were beat up some.

The Ebay seller won't receive any positive review from me. That's for sure...
