Who knows? I know we just did a 59 Pontiac black with the waterborne PPG strong black toner. A visit to the Day's Work thread (that was Grandpas favorite chaw) will get you a visual on that, just a couple pages back from current. Its pretty darn black but I am no aficionado of blackest blacks. I drive dirty WA-8555 cars now.
It was kinda after my time and at my end as a painter too, I was doing fill-in in the evenings mostly painting my own work so I could keep moving.. That particular Sikkens base if you missed the time window it would wrinkle. A large job usually turned into a disaster.

I think it was Autocryl 3 clears and single stages I used at the time. The clears and SS were phenominal.
