Steering Wheel Install 70 LeMans

My 70 LeMans has a 13" Grant GT steering wheel (with billet collar, Grant Steering Wheels ) that blocks the speedometer view so I want to go back to a 15" Pontiac steering wheel like the one below.

I haven't performed any steering wheel work before so does the Pontiac steering wheel fit directly on the steering post or does it require collars or other parts that I don't know about? bt

The OEM wheel should not require any adapters or sleeves. There may be some that need to be removed that were installed for the grant
