Sun Diagnostic Tools?

What ever happened to them? Did they merge or go out of business? I always loved the look of there equipment

I think Sun went the same way as Polariod camera, just failed to keep up with the changing times. Their "Tune up Tester" was interesting but tool up as much room as a medium tool box. Times are a changing, most of what that machine did is either no longer necessary or can be done with a cell phone. SunPro (not sure if it's the same) now makes off shore low end code readers.

Sun is still producing diagnostic equipment, SUN is a trademark, registered in the United States and other countries, of Snap-on Incorporated. Everything changes with time especially the size of diagnostic equipment! I have a Sun PDL 4100 International EG I can use anywhere in the world!! I just cant use it on old cars that do not have computer controles LOL

Check with your Snap on dealer or order on line !
