The man you want is Mark Saunders at Paramount Automotive in Byron
Center, Mich. He's got the parts and Knowhow. On that 600, the instruments were operated by a Mercury battery originally. It put out
a constant 1.35 volts. Our all-knowing government long ago outlawed
mercury batteries. I had a friend (no longer around) who fixed me up with
a 1.35 volt power supply and I sold the machine. Remember, double-As
start out at 1.5 volts and fall off as they age.
