Model A Fenders

I believe that the fenders are different. On the 28/29's, the coupe fenders will not fit the sedans. I suggest you check out a dealer of Model A fenders or a Model A club in your area and ask them. Be prepared for some cold responses if they think that you will be street rodding the car.

Hi.
1928 & 29 fenders for coupe,roadster,cabriolet,pick-up are NOT the same as Phaeton,Tudor,Fordor.

1930-31 fenders for coupe,roadster,cabriolet,pick-up are NOT the same as Phaeton, Tudor,Fordor.

69bronco..... I might suggest that you learn the correct body styles for that period, if you plan on getting the correct parts. There was no Model A called a Conv. There was a roadster and phaeton that were of the conv. body style. From what I understand, there are 3 different rear fenders for the 30-31 models, depending on the body style.
1) Coupe, roadster, and pick-up
2)Sedan (Tudor or Fordor), or Phaeton
3) Wide-Bed Pick-up
Being that you labeled yours as a conv., it could be either 1 of 2 of the 3 different fenders.

I learn something every day on this site. I never heard of a "wide bed pickup". I did a google and there it was. Looks like the first fleetside to me and a unibody no less. ( ok so it's not a "real " unibody with no frame but check the rivets at the back of the door.)
I wonder how many of those there were?
later, mikey
