Tool for rust hole

I have a Ford f150 with a hole in the cab corner and want to shoot some ospho or equivalent in the hole but trying to get it on the right side of the panel behind the rust before finishing the Repair any idea what I need

From what you describe, you need to spend that money on a cab corner instead of a tool that won't really gain you anything.

I was wanting to stop the rusting until I can Repair the damage

Usually there's more rust and crust once opened and Ospho, while I think it helps in some circumstances, is not going to do anything on loose flaky rust scale.
