OK, I don't want to step on anybody's toes but I just thought of a question.

There is a very easy way to tell the difference between a 1969 1/2 and a 1970 Ford Maverick just by looking. The thing is both were classified as 1970's by Ford but there are differences.

No, I've never seen a Maverick with a Mustang logo on it not to say somebody didn't put on one at some time. I did own one with a stallion logo on the fender but it was a 1976 Maverick Stallion. I sold that one years ago.

The key was in the dash on the first run. Ford moved it to under the dash later in the model year.

We probably would not have MOOG steering, suspension and drivetrain parts if Alva and Hubert Moog had not been influenced by what major historical event?

A. Prohibition
B. Women's Suffrage
C. World War I

D. All the Above

You got it!

The Moog brothers operated a wholesale liquor business in Pensacola, Florida until prohibition encouraged them to switch industries. In 1919, they purchased an automotive leaf spring manufacturer in St.Louis, Missouri.
