DING, DING, DING! That's it BB, The Austin Somerset was among the first to institute a child safety system it works for the very young but as children get older and stronger they were able to release it. There is a plastic ring on the inside door handle that when twisted toward the back, the door cannot be opened from the inside this little ring is quite hard to turn thus making infants safer. Your floor Boothboy I'm amazed it took this long, considering what my latest picture has been

My first guess would be 1937 Nash as standard ,,but Ford offered them as an option in 1930
