Try Jim Myers Racing in Tillamook Or, Art Morrison Ent Fife WA. Both of these company engineer and fabricate frames and suspension parts and kits. Both are top notch shops.

LMC Truck Parts has them:
Truck Parts and Truck Accessories

Classic Industries:

Classic Parts:

Hotchkiss Sport Suspension:

Just about any restoration parts house who catalogs pieces for that era truck has some sort of tubular A-arm set.

Neither Jim Meyer nor Art Morrison show anything for a stock bolt-on GM truck Chassis. Morrison is entirely parts just for their custom frames.
