I think the scientific definition for a collision is : two objects trying to occupy the same space at the same time. I was afraid that's what four vehicles in the space of two was going to involve.

Hey at least it's some paint money.

Lizard Skin drying inside the 60 Chevy job. I'm putting a new flange on one side of the hood for the Bronco job.

You got the paint job money right...I now have enough for pretty much the whole job without digging in my bank account...

Now if I could just sell the '38 sedan, I would be really happy. Oh, except for the '70 C10 I want to go get in TX...

Lizard skin looks a lot like bedliner...hope it's not as nasty to remove in the distant future.

I've had an old Tow Motor for about 13 years. I've' used the sheet out of that fork lift. Very handy for engine/trans swaps...

The paint is really bad,(not a problem ) but it runs and operates great, has goog pneumatic tires but neds a starter Bendix,,some times it just spins and don't engage the flywheel ,,but it is only $1500, seems fair to me.

The body shop that is painting the gate didn't quote for PPG paint and they cannot find the formula to match the color.

It's 83858 Penske yellow.

Anyone know how to match this color without buying PPG brand paint?

Any good paint supply or body shop should have a spectrometer gun and would be able to "read" the old gate and come up with a formula for their brand.

That's what I was thinking.

I'll get them to color match as best as possible. The paint on the truck is toast anyways and the color will be changed later.
