If you are referring to the 1967-81'ish car style Chevrolet Rally wheels, those are all 5 bolt pattern. The only way you might get a 6 bolt version is from a custom steel wheel maker like Wheel Vintiques or similar.

There are 6 bolt versions of the 1968-88'ish Truck/Van Rally Wheel, it is 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. I have no idea if it is the same size pattern as your car has.

If the bolt pattern is the same check the centre bore on the wheel. It could be different.

The 6-lug ralleys are a catalog item, I'd check with Summit but I've seen them on Chevy truck part sites.

Will it fit the hub? Probably. Will it clear the fender? Probably not.

I have a 48 chevy cpe that had a set of 15x8 rally's when I bought it. They fit under the fenders but were tight with large tires. I'm changing the suspension to street rod 5 on 4.75 and will sell them cheap. But if you want to look local, all 6 hole chevy rims are the same bolt pattern 6 on 6.5.
