Yes another ID Question

I am trying to rebuild or replace these control arms off my 54 F100 Panel truck. I was told it had a MII suspension. The truck does have a 383 stroker Chevy SB, 4L60, Ford 9" and 5 on 41/2 with disc brakes @ all 4 corners. The upper control arm bushings were shot and all the others are dried and cracked and the reason for them being out. No one is able to identify from what vehicle they originally came from. The mounting holes through the off set in the upper control arm has everyone scratching their heads. There are no strut rods. No outside bushing manufacturer has been able to put anything together. I have some picture with measurements of each part and a picture of the right side suspension still together if that will help.
