Yet another question

With body mounted to frame, and getting ready to bolt on fenders for my project car, my dumb question is, how much space should I leave between top of tires and bottom of fenders? I am running Mustang II front suspension and narrowed 9" Ford, triangulated 4-bar rear

Your question, as asked, would indicate that there are more than one locations for the fenders. Such is not the case, they will have to follow the lines of the body to look right and the tire to fender clearance will be whatever it is. If it is close, put a little more spring rate in the front.
