After the bed was painted I decided that the inside didn't suit me.I decided to take it to a shop where they do the bed lining spray. The man said we could hide a lot of the flaws in the inside of the bed with the spray and we could tint the spray to match the color of my paint. I'm sure glad I went this route. I had also had the running boards done in a gloss black finish. The motor had been built by me for several months. It and the tranny had been in and out of the truck several times checking on any problems I might encounter. And there were many!! The motor is a 327 Chevy bored .40 over with a small cam and some other goodies hooked to a 350 rebuilt transmission turning a Camero rear end.
The bottom of the bed is done in Tennessee native red cedar with three coats of gloss polyurethane. Color of cedar blends in nice with the Red Fire paint.
