Today was pretty productive.
Photo 1 shows the approximate location of the shifter handle when in first gear. Approximate- because I still don't yet have the crossmember in place for the transmission to finally sit upon.
Photo 2 shows the approximate location of the shifter handle when in second gear, not too bad.
Photo 3 shows the approximate location of the shifter handle when in reverse, I think a little tweaking of the shifter may be in store for the near future. This may change a little because when I compared the location of the transmission mount to the it looked like it needed raised a bit as compared to a couple crossmembers I have and will definitely move up about 1.5 inches over the bottom of the framerails if I use the crossmember I removed from the TH-700R4 that I removed from this Suburban.
