I'll be glad when my help gets back from convalescing from his knee surgery! I am getting too old to be flipping a 500 lb frame around by myself. Work just gets done a little slower when you work by yourself. Just have to use your brains more than your back.
I used the engine hoist to rig the frame off the floor in order to paint the frame. Used Eastwoods rust encapsulator as a base even though there is no rust. We have had good experience with this product and it'a tough combination with the chassis black finish. The paint dries fast, very flat and the odor is not very objectionable.You can see the end result of the frame cut in the pics.
