Didn't realize I had not posted to last stages of the truck! PPG discontinued one of the tint colors for my paint and I needed another gallon to spray the bed and have some left over for touch ups. It took about 6 months to get that all squared away and finally got it all painted and assembled. In May 2012, I showed it at a concourse show and won Best in Class!! Then this past April, I took it to Mecum Houston and did really well selling it at auction. Many have asked how I could sell it after putting so much effort into it, it really was always for my Dad and for us to get time together. Once he passed away, finishing it was just closure for me. I have since found the car I have always wanted, a '67 Corvette convertible, and am working on it now! Here are a few pics of the car show, Mecum and new project.
