Its getting there, the weather has been nice the last few days so lots has gotten done. Couldn't work most of the winter, but now its thrash until its done. The Th350 is in it now, rebuilt and ready to go. The alternator has been upgraded to a 100amp version, the interior is almost finished, and it has a new set of wheels and tires. The tires are a bit short, but that is ok because they wont rub anywhere. The rear suspension is now tubular so I can mount a sway bar easily, and it should ride nicer too.
I shudder to think what it would have cost me to have shops do all of this work, or any of it for that matter. So far the only thing a shop did was machine work on the engine way back in the mid 90s, and mount/balance the tires.
The goal is have it running and moving under its own power by next Sunday, the day my father in law Dave turns 68.
