Well I stayed at it all weekend to get her back together and I actually did it. I did a road test Saturday morning and took her in for an alignment. There are a few things I had to do like adjust the position of the exhaust in the rear so it did not touch the leaf spring, play with the timing a bit and fix a problem with the rear brake shoe but other than that it was all good! All the electrical works perfectly too so I am a pretty happy camper. Total restoration time for subframe and underside about 6 to 7 months. Not bad if I do say so myself! Total man hours about 800 !!!
Now it's on to the body!
