I ordered a fiberglass package tray and thought I would try something different with the speakers. I already mounted them in the trunk so the package tray would sit flush. So I came up with a way of letting the sound through, but keeping a clean look. I bored a bunch of holes in the fiberglass tray where the speakers are and covered it with screen. Thats to keep the cloth from sinking in the holes. I then covered the whole tray with a foam backed material. Came out pretty good, you can't see the speakers and it doesn't hamper the sound at all.
