I suppose the chosen power-plant for my 37 Chevy is a good enough place to start. I was originally going to use a GM 292 L6 to fill the hole between the fenders, but I was easily persuaded otherwise by a purchase I made from a private seller. The purchase of course was/is the 1968 Pontiac 250ci OHC-6, which currently resides in the garage, next to its future home. Ive got modest plans for this engine, not limited to a factory quadrajet intake manifold (pictured), which cost me another $100, either a custom quadrajet (pictured), or a custom dualjet (pictured). I'm also making a custom, fully-adjustable, HEI distributor, and a one-off tubular exhaust manifold/header as well.
