Control Arm Reaming - Nov 27, 2010

I got my new adjustable reamer in and I started working on one of the upper arms.

I turned out a delrin bushing to keep the reamer straight thru the bores. It is in the first pic.

The second pic shows flakes of stainless being cut out.

Third pic shows the first bore almost done. The area of machinist's blue is getting smaller.
