For my blower application, forged pistons are in order. Can you believe that forged pistons for a hemi can take up to 3 months to order? We opted to keep my stock rods for durability and strength because as close to a race motor as this is, the only thing that would need to be changed is aluminum rods! I'm hoping to race the car occassionally at the drags unless things change. A street and strip car is complicated, but we'll have to wait and see...
