Heating and Air Conditioning - Jan 11, 2012

A couple of years ago when I was in the process of chopping the car I decided to take advantage of cutting the cowl section out and working on it upside down on the bench. I wanted an A/C unit that could put cold air on my face and hot air on my feet at the same time (like the one in my 65 Riviera). I also wanted to take the outside air in through the original cowl vent and put it through a cabin filter before it got into the car. Here is the first part, I cut out some vents from a Jap wreck and fitted them into the dash where the crank for the windshield used to live.
