I didn’t get as much done today as I wanted to. I sanded all the spot putty areas and ground the top of the rails. I sealed the frame again and applied two coats of epoxy primer. It took less than a quart of primer to seal and coat the entire frame.
I’m also applying structural filler on all the weld areas. A few before and after pics.
