Each door was insulated with a heavy panel deadener from Insulshield (the diamond shape in the center) then a layer of Fatmat was laid on to all other areas not covered by the Insulshield panel deadener.
Moving on to the door panels, I used 1/8 inch sheet PVC. No worries with moisture problems from here on out. It is durable and makes a good base to add additional panels for my design. Look back a couple of posts (#144) to see what I mean.
