Photo # 1 - I roll back the other end of the foam and spray adhesive on the board and on the back side of the foam. I then lay down the foam trying as best I can to start near the center and work my way toward the edges, smoothing the foam with my hands.
Photo # 2 - I then remove the clamps and lift the other end for gluing.
Photo # 3 - With the foam glued down I draw location lines to mark the position I where I want the inserts in the foam.
