Tomorrow, I empty out the storage unit, so that will save me a few bucks a month. The other photo is me constructing the new storage shelves.
The Auburn is still on hold; I'm waiting for new castings of the headlight pedestals to begin re-assembling the front bodywork to include a new radiator shell (the old one is warped). The engine only awaits enough spare time to reassemble it; all parts are on hand and all the machine work has been done. A new wiring harness is also on hand.
Causing problems at the moment is an electrical problem with the '37 coupe and a shifter problem with the '39 convertible (which needs to be done for a trip to Toronto in August).
Along with the storage unit, I have a '60 TR-3 in my mom's garage that only needs five tires and assembly to be road-worthy. I've recently completed a number of long-term tasks at work that have been taking up a lot of my time, so I'm looking froward to getting back to working on the cars.
