Decided to work on the front end. Starting with getting all the old junk out of the way. Torched off the rivet heads and drove them out with a punch. Removed old steering box, as I will replace the steering column and installing power steering. Note the large hole in the front crossmember where the radiator mounts. I'll have to do a little repair there.
I'm using a custom weld in crossmember/IFS kit from Speedway. Cheaper than some name brands, and appears the same. Came with the frame boxing plates. I must have measured a hundred times to get it perfect.
